Extremely disappointed in the wait time to be seen. I waited an hour and a half before canceling and walking out. Another couple was there for 2 and a half hours and still hadn’t been seen. A mom came in shortly after me with several small children and was told she still had to wait another hour. No business considered urgent care should make their patients wait that long.

3 weeks ago I brought my son in for sore throat, fever, coughing. When I got there I was charged $75.00 with insurance( I should of left then). We waited for 35 plus minutes to see the doctor. They ran a flu and strep test which both ended up being negative after 15 mins...so the diagnosis was virus and it will run its course. She prescribed a nose spray. He was not getting any better, so I took him to Express Care at Five Oaks. They tested him for strep and it came back positive plus he has walking pneumonia! Thank ... read more

Absolutely would not recommend - made an appointment this morning for 1... it changed all say long. i walked in the door at 4:40pm and received another text saying my appointment was moved yet again to 5:50.. i had to fill out paperwork that i had already done online and halfway through filling it out the front desk lady said “it will be a two hour wait”.. even though you had an appointment! joke of an office. clearly doesn’t make a difference if you have an appointment or not.

The most frustrating thing that can happen when visiting a doctor is to be seen, being told they can do what you need to get done and then come back 10 days later for the follow up appointment to be told they aren't capable of doing what you need done. The first thing i asked when I walked in was if they were able to do it. I was told yes at the front desk, I told the CNA what i needed and I told the doctor what I needed done. I was never told they weren't capable of doing it and they proceed with seeing me, prescribing anti... read more

I thought the point of urgent care was to be able to be seen. The fact that my three year old daughter got turned away because we didn’t have an appointment is ridiculous. We were there an hour and a half before closing and they said there would be no guarantee we would be seen if we waited even though in the past we have always been told if we are there before closing we will be able to be seen. My whole family goes here when needed and I’ve never had this problem. Extremely disappointed.

If you close at 8 you see patients until 8. Instead of turning away a patient 40 MINUTES before you’re scheduled close time!!!

Online appointment scheduling is a joke. We have been waiting for almost an hour past our appointment time and we got here 10 minutes before that. Would have been seen quicker at the hospital up the street. This is ridiculous.
