I went into the office yesterday to be seen since my doctor couldn't get me in. Well I got diagnosed with a viral upper respiratory infection got put on some pills that were supposed to "help" with my cough and they didn't offer to test me for the flu. They asked if I had gotten the flu shot and my grandma asked if what I have could've been the flu and we were reassured that it was not the flu. Why is this called an urgent care when everyone makes appointments online? Could not get my 2 year old in for an ear infection because they said Sundays are their busy days. Awful service
I injured my arm falling on stairs. I was never even offered an ice pack! Nurse Practitioner gave zero instructions other than "take ibuprofen." I will NOT return.
Nurse Practitioner was very rude..Nurses were awful..And it has taken 2days to get Rx called in..
Clinic was clean. Wait to go back was acceptable without checking in online (30 mins like I was told.) However, an hour and half later to see the doctor is WAY too long for a walk-in clinic that wasn't busy.
We were turned away because they said they had seen to many patients that day and weren't accepting anymore? I have never encountered this before at other places. So we took our business elsewhere.
Everything was ok after sitting in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours.
