Don’t go to the one in BA if you want to get in and out quickly, waited 30min in a waiting room with no one else, 3 cars in the parking lot then waited 45min in a room, still no one, finally walked out and let the front desk girl know I was taking my 7 month old somewhere else, the PA behind me said “oh would you like to be seen?”. I’ll never go back!
Went to urgent care on Friday (Shawnee location) they did a UA for possible kidney stones I was thinking infection. Now Tuesday they have yet to provide me the results and when I call I get treated like a moron because “they’ll call me when they are ready” well apparently NOT! Then when I call asking for the results they have the audacity to ask if it was for my drug screening results.... Xpress wellness caused Diagnostic Laboratories of Oklahoma to send me bills for tests that were not authorized for $515. I just went in with a UTI and was tested on site. It was a no brainer. They said they would get DLO to quit sending bills to me, but did not. The bill went to collections. A company called Quest Diagnostics sent me a letter saying one of their collectors had a breach and might have given my personal information away.

I went in for sore throat, the nurse practitioner barely looked at me then didn’t even tell me my results of my strep test. They just gave me papers and said hope you feel better. Worse visit ever! I have never had to ask for results or what they even thought I had. Will never go here again!

I've been here for almost 2 hours and I used Express check in online before 8 am. at the 2 hour mark it will become a complaint to the corporate office.

Im not really sorry if this upsets people but the mednow in catoosa has poor customer service doctors that fail to treat issues and no respect or empathy....twice we have had to go there with having 4 teen boys one time miss diagnosed our sons broken tibia as a sprained ankle and sent us to take him back to school..last time our same son had a infection on his cheek ....after checking him and stating antibiotics and he would be fine then switched to not treating him telling us go to er asap .....scared my son to death and we... read more

Went in for severe pain in my left side to Tulsa Hills location. They told me my UA was inconclusive in regards to kidneys and UTI. Doctor poked me feeling what I called 7-8 of 10 pain level confirming no enlarged spleen. They said they weren’t sure, ignored my protests that it didn’t feel GI related and gave me a GI referral. Still in severe pain and no answers, I went to OSU Medical Clinic where the UA showed a bacterial infection in my kidneys.
