Communication is terrible. Access to answers is terrible. Supervisors lie to you. Supervisors know less than you! Do not cancel a scheduled closing 90 minutes prior by having the notary call you without knowing reason. A completely horrible and blood pressure raising experience. Do not go thru them! Horrible
Yester was very communicative during the entire process and am happy to work with her againg.
No one is picking up the phone and the call is looping around to the same people who were not available from the beginning! Incredible experience!
