Great job
I understand that the covid virus threw a wrench into the timeline, but 3 Months? Took quite a bit longer than I had planned or was told.
Documents had to be drawn up a 2nd time due to my husband's name appearing on first set. My husband is deceased. Once this was corrected everything went well. I appreciate Yester and all the help she provided.
Had a good experience refinancing with PennyMac
We were very happy with the way Penny Mac handled our refinance. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Because we stayed with Penny Mac for our refinance, things went smoother than if we had gone with another mortgage company. We closed on time and the best of all was when someone came to our home for the closing. We did not have to leave house. Thanks to Juan, Yester, and Claudia for all your help.
All info was not included in advance of closing day (taxes/insurance). End result was a noticeable payment difference caught during signing.
PennyMac was fine. Title company sucked. Missed appointments, wrong documents, bad information, lack of information, mutiple signing attempts. Had to sign twice as they messed up the paperwork... allaround terrible signing experience.
Anyone looking to get home loan or refinance a exiting loan, I would look at PennyMac loan services. I recently refinanced my loan for a lower interest rate. It was easy and quick. They keep you up to date on every step of the process. I never had to leave my home they sent a person to my home to sign the papers. It was a good experience from start to finish.
The notary didn’t show on 4 separate occasions which caused me to miss 4 days of work to get the closing done
