Great experience.
An error in the closing documents were informed over and over to the point that the closing date was changed three time and in my opinion Yester did her best to make other people make the necessary corrections but they kept failing.

It was a bit odd to me that the loan amount was $6k higher than the amount due until I asked for the loan amount to be lowered to be closer to the actual amount due. I'm not sure why there needed to be that much tacked on, and it wasn't explained other than that the loan officer liked to leave a 'little bit of buffer'. Yester was excellent. The loan officer was good too, but a little bit cryptic in some of her explanations on financials.
Penny Mac made the process so smooth, I didn’t have time to think. It was fast, precise and highly professional.
