First time taking my dog here for grooming although she comes here for her shots and boarding sometimes. Staff did a good job on her considering that she is very hard to manage due to her anxiety. Will bring her back again for her grooming.

I have been going to this Hospital for about 3 years now and have had the best experience. The staff has ALWAYS BEEN FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE!!! I have seen 2 of the Vets on staff, Dr. Jami & Dr. Sara and feel they were top notch. My furry baby has had vaccine appointments, 2 surgeries and many grooming appointments. Each visit has been positive and truly feel their love for animals and their well being.

I was referred to Yorkville Animal Hospital because an emergency occurred overnight and my vet was not able to see us that next day. I called into Yorkville Animal Hospital, explained our emergency, the receptionist collected Our info and explained their curbside check in process. I was reluctant but had few options because I needed a vet ASAP. Check in was quick and the employees were efficient and friendly. Next, I expected the wait to be long and it was not. We are always taken care of very quickly at Yorkville Animal Hospital. The vets are very friendly to the humans and the animals. It shows that they are all "pet people" in the way they treat the animals. They are very knowledgeable and also explain things to us very well.

A big thank you for saving my baby . They were quick and told me she needed an emergency surgery done knowing the possibilities she may not make it. I am so ever thankful to you and your entire friendly staff you have on board. My heart was hurting and your staff was very sympathetic . I'd recommend you guys by far over all the other clinics I have ever been too. This was our first time bringing our English Mastiff. The entire staff was amazing! They answered all our questions and eased our minds. We will definitely be making this our go to vet!?

So my fiance is the one that takes our pup to this location so I asked him today what his thoughts have been. We adopted our dog from Jellystone at this location and since the pup had all his first shots here we decided to keep coming in to make it easier. His words exactly about why he says it's a 3 star experience is he says the doctors are always nice but the staff isn't. On a side note, an appointment isnt necessary BUT that can mean a longer wait time then if you had an appointment. We will keep coming to this location... read more

Took my Alaskan malamute here for the past 3 years and he loves it. Never had any issues. Day care was great. He always came home tired and ready to take a nap but never seemed to want to leave.

Great place. All the doctors are knowledgeable and genuinely concerned for your pet's welfare. The staff is always nice and helpful.
