Today I had the two Sarah's help me. I have brought Gus there for 8 years now. Gus is A LOT that is an understatement. He's friendly but very strong and pulls and jumps a lot. No matter what it is whether they are wrapping him from his injury to giving him a bath. Gus is a real work out. No matter what he has done on that day he is always given back to me with a big smile. I love the professionalism of this Animal Hospital and Vet services… Dr. Palumbo is Coco Chanel’s Dr… and I am absolutely thrilled to have Coco in Great Hands… Today I took Coco to get her booster and then she is good until she is 1 year old… I will soon schedule for her to get spayed and I am confident in having Dr. Palumbo do her surgery… Thank You all for caring and being gentle with Coco… ❤️🐾 Coco’s mom Sherry

It was time to put our cat, of more than 17 years, to sleep (euthanasia). We were not sure what to expect. The staff and Dr. Joseph Dobbins were amazing. Dr. Dobbins was very professional and understanding as to what this moment meant to us. He explained everything that he was about to do and made sure that we had time to say goodbye to Birch. Thanks to the Yorkville Animal Hospital.

YAH has always done well with any of our animals. We have been with them from adoption to having to put him down, and now with another dog. They are very understanding to the animals (and your) needs, and pay attention to what you say. Very thorough, patient, and always very kind. I put full trust in this staff, and the do not disappoint!!
