John ***** has been a great resource to utilize for communication and general solutions while trying to resolve any issues we've had with the work that has been done. We sure appreciate having someone keep open communication and assist to navigate the issues that we've had along the way.
Dave did a great job installing our new walk in shower. Very professional. We had issues with the floor of the shower being dangerously slippery. I contacted our sales rep & after a couple weeks John came to assess the installation and our concerns with the slippery shower floor. He had to order a anti slip kit and returned a week later to install it. We also had issues with the shower head not being adequate and John changed ours to better suit our needs. Thanks John & Dave.
Jason K looked at our windows today upon our call. He was friendly and listened to our concerns. He seemed to understand the problems and promptly fixed the issues. Very clean and considerate.
This company did amazing work on my bathrooms. Amazing products. I highly recommend them. My sales rep RJ ********was so great at helping me pick my products and walking me through the process. Project manager Kyle ****** explained everything while taking measurements and explaining the process. My plumber Ryan ****** went above and beyond on my project.
