John G was a Welcome relief. After a few years of trying to get my project completed the company finally sent him. He showed up very respectful, knowledgeable and with a great attitude. Not only did he fix what the ticket was for but found two other problems from previous installers with this company and he fixed both of those issues. John recently came out to my house and had to re wrap and insulate all my windows. He did an amazing job and was very timely and professional. I'm very glad he was the one who came out. He changed my opinion of YHIC since my last bad experience with the previous window contractor....John actually took his time, didn't rush, and did a GREAT JOB!!
