I had a bathroom remodel. It included a new shower/tub, replacing the vanity, moving the toilet, shifting electrical outlet, and new flooring. Aside from some supply delay problems, everything went fairly well. YHI was actually only responsible for installing the new shower/tub, but I relied on them to coordinate the other efforts since timing of the various tasks was essential, as well as ensuring all was done properly at each stage. We have been left wanting in terms of communication; our final check was cashed before our bathroom remodel has been completed. We are still waiting on a sink faucet to be installed and I have to get in contact with project manager Eric E. every week to check on progress. This job was supposed to be completed over two weeks ago, and with every communication I am told “it will just be a couple of weeks”. We had 3 windows installed four years ago and they are defective. They fog up all of the time. They replaced two of the windows but have refused to replace the third even though it had the same issue and was under the same warranty. The new windows that they installed also have the same defect and are impossible to clean. We have been dealing with them for FOUR YEARS and they have stood us up for appointments at LEAST 15 times. I had a very bad experience with this company and strongly advise others to stay away. They made verbal promises about expanding my bathroom and convinced me to sign a $14,500 contract based on those promises. I clearly told them my current shower was 60” x 30” and I wanted it bigger. They assured me it would be, but after installation, I realized it was the exact same size — nothing changed. Company had zero oversight on our project and took 3 months to finish a job that was quoted as 2 days. I had to go into their warehouse in order to make an appointment after our correct items finally came in. Avoid this company. Check out their 1.6 stars on yelp for accurate reviews

Their sales tactics are incredibly predatory. We felt very pressured into signing a contract to have our bathroom remodeled, and ultimately gave in. We told the salesperson we wanted to think on it and he didn’t take no for an answer. We feel taken advantage of, but also disappointed in ourselves. We should’ve known better than to fall for it. Word to the wise, tell them you need to think on it and they’ll lower the price to get you to sign. Only do it if you feel confident you want to. The installers and plumber were great.... read more

Had to wait months for replacement replacement windows. Mind you the windows were only 3 years old that needed replacing. And when they finally came in it took another 3 to 4 months to get someone out hereto put the 3 out of the 4 in. This all started in May of 2024 and still waiting on the other one yet
