I would never refer this company to anyone.I dealt with the Soiux Falls location. I had them put 8 windows in, biggest mistake of my life. My windows were 122 years old and they did not leak as bad as the new ones they installed.First problem was they measured 2 windows 8" to short YES 8", They put 6 windows in on the first trip out, they had 6 windows in within 3 hours, I should have known there would be a problem. The company is bogus, do not spend your money on this company. First they ordered the wrong tub then they had to tear out new tile but ran short of pcs so they went with another color then the bottom wood work is wrong height with terrible notches that stick out big-time. I called the manager four times and he won't respond back ? What a joke. They take your hard earned money then s on you. Terrible customer service

Its been 8 months 4 rescheduled services to come and fix our bathroom, very unprofessional, no communication from them unless I call them. The flooring is messed up, the shower rod bent and the door wont close. the shower leaks between the door and the tub. What a horrible experience we have had with this company.

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. In my case our window project was supposed to be finished by 12/20/2022. As of today 02/15/2023 it is still not finished. On Jan 25th YHIC was scheduled to install the windows. Ten minutes after 8am they call saying they will be a couple hours late. At 1:30pm I call and find out they will not be coming at all. Talked to the scheduler she states they don't have a crew working in Duluth MN. I live over 700 miles away from Duluth. I don't care that they don't have a crew there. No... read more

Yhic charges an average of $15,000 for 3 wet walls and a shower pan. That is absolutely ridiculous. They claim is based of the national average and you are getting a premium product. They also call it affordable. It’s just plastic that they sell as a high tech polymer. 15k should in all reality cover the whole bathroom. The prices they are charging for what they do is criminal. YHI installed a new shower for 18,677 dollars and it leaks water all over our floor. It's been a year almost and they haven't fixed it and they keep putting us off, since we have pay in full. I just cannot imagine Home Depot referred Your Home Improvement Co. to us. Haven't had a shower since the day it was installed. It's getting to the point where we'll have to contact the BBB and Oregon Attorney Generals office for help. This started in April 2022 now it's January 2023.
