I used Your Home Improvement Company, LLC based out of Rapid City SD for a complete window replacement in June 2024. The service was outstanding with Tyler J****** (Team Lead)/John G****. Initially, Tyler measured and gave me a quote. I also had opportunity to meet/work with John G**** who came and reconfirmed all measurements. John was very reliable, called to ensure the appointment time and very quickly fixed a minor issue I had with one of my patio doors. I would recommend your company to my family and friends.

I got an estimate from these people, to be told I had black mold growing in my bathroom. that is a major concern for me because im highly allergic to black mold. keep in mind my house is a brand new build its 10 months old. I just wanted a walk in shower instead of a bath/shower. I got the builders involved, my realtor, home inspectors and mold inspectors. this became a huge deal and a very stressful situation and arguments I had to deal with. which caused me to pay out of pocket for mold tests to be done in my house to prov... read more
When my 12 windows were installed, the nail holes were not filled around the frames, making it look unfinished. John came to fix something else that took 10 mins. He then spend the rest of his day tediously covering each nail hole. I really appreciated the attention to detail. Thanks!

Horrible experience overall. Job was supposed to be done in days but took months. Wasted days of work to babysit them while they worked. Was at the house at 11pm which was totally inappropriate. No compensation for inconvenience, poor quality, or wasting my time. Do not do business with this company.
