We previously used this company to install all new windows in 2020, with no issues. When we decided to redo our bathroom, we felt confident in having them do the work. We signed the contract on 5/2/24, with an estimated start date of 6/10/24 to 7/11/24. Due to a backorder on materials, this was changed to 7/25/24 to 8/22/24. We were notified in early July, the contractor would show up on 7/11 between 8 and 10. We had windows put in 6 years ago and they still leak. Have contacted them many times and people have been out and looked at them and said there not square and they are warped and that they need replaced but nothing happens. Very disappointed with this company and will never tell anybody to work with them.
