2.0 out of 5 stars Save your money After less than 2 years, we got so frustrated with this that we finally chucked it. The hose is inflexible, it’s a pain to replace, and the smallest leaves or pine needles will jam this up. Do not buy this. Spend more money on a better product.
1.0 out of 5 stars Does not climb in pool stairss Does not climb in-pool stairs, getting itself stuck constantly and needing to be moved. If you have no stairs, it works perfectly. If you have stairs, it is a waste of money. Have had ours for nearly 2 years now.

1.0 out of 5 stars Moves above the water line and stops the pool pump. Please read! I've had this cleaner for over a year now and feel I have some good information to share. The one negative thing about this product is very important. As the cleaner moves up the side of the pool and comes to the top of the water line, it sucks in a lot of air and frequently triggers an error code on the pool pump, causing the pump to stop. However, if the unit gets a leaf in it or something with a stem it will stop running. Then, the machine stops. After cleaning the obstruction, the machine may get stuck the next day or just give a few days. It gets obstructed constantly. Worse, the hoses are a faulty design and fall appart. I’m not happy at all with this pool vacuum. I had the pool cleaner vacuum for 8 years before it broke, I wish I bought another one instead of this junk.
