Piece of junk! This product is junk - it's never properly operated and just goes around in circles. Don't waste your money!
Doesn't last. Not lasting. We have already replaced wheel gear and now it is not working...again. Our previous pool cleaner lasted us so much longer- this one not so much. I have filed a warranty claim and I hope the company will stand by their product and help make us whole here.
2.0 out of 5 stars Hoses falling about after 4 months Purchased the vacuum in March started using the end of May 4 months later the hoses are falling apart. I tried to reach out to the company and heard nothing back I spoke with another pool company and they said this was common with these hoses NO WARRANTY ON THE HOSES. Vacuum itself works well

Was able to climb walls well. Sometimes it would get stuck in the step area, but overall I was happy with it. Since then I've been disappointed. Even though my cartridge filter is also new, as you know over time the suction from the pump begins to become less. 1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible product Haven’t even had it 2 months and the track in the wheel keeps coming off and makes it so the vacuum only moves in small circles. Doesn’t matter how many times we fix it get pops off within minutes. Complete waste of money. Highly recommend purchasing a different option!
1.0 out of 5 stars problems with Zodiac MX 6 I purchase it back on January 2023. Had to send to the repair shop twice , under warranty but had to pay labor. The Directional Control Device was the problem Now all the hoses are falling apart. I only run it once a week in a salt water pool for 8 hours, I take it out and put it in a plastic box under the patio.
2.0 out of 5 stars 1” inlet gets clogged easily The MX6 inlet is easily clogged with leaves. My pool is near oak trees that shed leaves and acorns. The MX6 inlet is only 1” diameter and this is easily clogged. I will replace it with a pool sweep with a larger inlet. We also have the Zodiac cyclonic leaf collector. This works well when the pool sweep isn’t clogged
1.0 out of 5 stars This is garbage The hose just comes apart, rendering the unit useless. Additionally, the rubber on the bottom of the actual vacuum doesn’t stay on the track. I’ve had this unit for just over a year and it’s complete garbage.
