1.0 out of 5 stars Unfortunately gets stuck 😕 The media could not be loaded. Unfortunately as seen on the video it gets stuck on the steps. Everytime it goes to the steps does not move for the rest of the day. At first I thought it was the wheels that were bad and needed more traction so purchased new ones and I replace them but same thing keeps happening every time. I was recommended this product and read the reviews and was happy with the desicion but now money wasted.

1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t waste your money I have had this Zodiak MX6 for two years now. This machine spends more time on its side than cleaning the pool. I made sure the tubes were straight, the pressure was good and no debris clogging the cleaner. I have to check on the cleaner at least once an hour and flip it back upright. This cleaner is not the least bit reliable. It was so bad, I cleaned the pool manually during the summer months. 1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible I have had this cleaner less then a year, and it keeps getting stuck on the steps to the pool and when I have went to move it the hose I unraveled. The first time, just bad luck I thought, it had now done it to three pieces of hose and no just read they do not warranty it.
1.0 out of 5 stars extremely low quality Within 2 days the unit froze. I took it apart and apparently a very small leaf had jammed the impellers rendering it locked. I removed the leaf, and it worked again - for about 20 seconds. It now locks and will not turn, although there is nothing blocking the impellers. This is about the worst pool product I've ever tried to use. 1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible hose quality The hoses are made of bad material. After only 1 year the hoses started breaking. Thank goodness I had kept the hoses from my old Barracuda Zodiac pool cleaner that was over 12 years old. So far I have "lost" 6 hoses of this MX6 Zodiac cleaner. Just don't buy this one.
