1.0 out of 5 stars This is garbage Brand new and this hasn’t worked consistently since we hooked it up 3 days ago. Called the company and they had no idea but i could bring it in to have it serviced. I am not having a brand new $400 piece of equipment fixed. The tech people had nothing to offer at all. Don’t waste your money on this. Probably just gonna return it.

1.0 out of 5 stars Not worth the expense! This was delivered on 3/28/24. The box was heavily damaged, including the handle ripped off, and several holes and crush points on the box. Thankfully, the packaging ensure the item itself sustained no damaged. However, that's the only good thing I can say. I installed the vacuum as per the instructions. 1.0 out of 5 stars Hoses fail between 6-12 months. Disposable use only. This could be a good pool bot, it does work fairly well for the price. I mean, it gets stuck a LOT on my pool drains but I could over look that if it wasn't for the subpar hoses that come with it. As you can see by a LOT of reviews here, they fail and break apart pretty quick. First one failed after 6 months or so, three more before it was 1 year old.
