1.0 out of 5 stars Garbage. Literally will cost you! This vacuum is SO bad! It gets stuck on its side when it attempts to climb a side. If you don’t go turn it back flat it will stay in one spot on its side doing nothing. If you also get the canister it will only hold about 6-9 leaves or pieces of yard debris before it stops sucking. 1.0 out of 5 stars Junk I've had this for 3 years. It has been such a waste of money. Besides the houses falling apart, the damn thing won't stay upright no matter how much I tweak with it.. from the stupid weight to adjusting suction. It's never good enough. What a waste. Never had that problem with poolvac.. and I hated my poolvac... I live how they say make sure the weight is 9" up on the hose.. I even tried extra weights. Still nothing.. it's just crap..
1.0 out of 5 stars Bad Product--Do Not waste money This machine is poorly made.It opeated for approx. 6 months.The main problem is that it will fall back on side(backwards) and there is no solution.I worked with the 'customer service' group who was absolutely no help.They sent me miscellaneous parts that were no help.Not sure what is worse, the product or the customer service support.Do NOT buy this product.
1.0 out of 5 stars Hose is junk The unit its self is good however the hoses that come with it are junk. You can see from my picture they are all broken and I’ve tried to duck tape them in various areas but it’s just too far gone. I just picked it up out of the pool and the whole hose uncoiled. I bought an adapter to use with my standard pool hose that I’ve have for 15+ years. Quality is terrible. If you can just buy the Mx6 unit by its self I recommend that but the hoses are garbage.
2.0 out of 5 stars Short Lifespan When I first bought this, it was to replace a vacuum which I had for over five years. When new, it worked fine. However, within a year and a half, one of the wheel belts somehow became stretched out. It, therefore, will not stay in place and the machine cannot go anywhere but in a circle. Considering how expensive these vacuums are, I am extremely disappointed.

The item came with two defective parts (proven after the Zodiac told me to bring it to Leslie's pool supply for diagnosis). Zodiac promised to send two new replacement parts. However, only one came and Zodiac stopped responding to my request to send the second replacement part. I bought this vacuum about two months ago and it never worked correctly.

Also bought replacement hoses and they are garbage.They break apart in your hand.I put 1 in 2 weeks ago I went to take it apart to clean things and the host broke in my hand what garbage?I spent all this money waste of my money.Never buy of the zodiac product ever again
1.0 out of 5 stars Don’t buy if your pool has a ladder The cleaner is the perfect size to get stuck in the ladder. It get stuck every twenty minutes. If you try to return it, there is at least a 20% restocking fee.
1.0 out of 5 stars Hoses are cr@p Bought this unit 9 months ago and three hoses split in that time frame. Had to buy replacements. Hope they last longer. The replacements offer 1 year warranty.
