1.0 out of 5 stars The hoses are a joke! Don’t waste your $ on this vacuum Contacted the manufacturer, Fluidra. Customer service was sarcastic and rude. We’ve had other vacuums in our pool 24-7 for 15 years and this vacuum hose would just unwind one section at a time. Each section is $25-$30 a piece. The vacuum also will get stuck on the stairs in our pool. It is not worth the value. Search elsewhere. Stay away from zodiac!
2.0 out of 5 stars Hose breaks apart After 2 years of use the hose breaks apart during normal use. This has happened to multiple sections over the past few months. My father-in-law bought the same one and the same thing happened to his hoses. Until they design a better hose I would stay away from this company.

Cheaply made for it to be cracking like this. And before anyone asks, yes we stored it out of the sun and weather when not in use. If I could give a ZERO I would. DO NOT waste your money

It's a bit particular about the suction force, but once set, runs great with good surface area coverage. Issue I have is with the provided OEM hose. After 10 months of flawless service, hose broke apart. I tried emailing customer service at productsupport@fluidra.com, but my emails are undeliverable. Please believe them! The unit stays on its back and will not suction. The hose is terrible. You will get one season out of this product at best!
