1.0 out of 5 stars Very poor product Cleaner worked great for the first summer. Then not long after the one year warranty I started having trouble with it in the second summer. Bought parts and fixed it a couple times but to no avail. Just stopped working at all at the end of this summer. Would suggest for anyone not to buy this cleaner.
2.0 out of 5 stars Comically Horrible Design When it works, it works well…but that on average is only for one hour before it gets itself permanently stuck. The MX6 has functionality built into its design to “unstick” itself but those maneuvers seem to only make the situation worse. If left on its own, the cleaner will spend more time stuck than actually cleaning your pool. I borrowed an MX8 to see if it was any better and had the exact same issues immediately. 1.0 out of 5 stars Wish it worked better It is always sticking due to little pebbles getting stuck making it not move. Every day I am removing them. There has rarely been a day where this machine actually worked. It was recommended by my pool service and it is majorly disappointing. I’m not a mechanic and having to fix this junk every day got old quickly. It’s too expensive to replace so I’m stuck, hating this vacuum daily. I recommend anything else as no one should have to deal with this crap
2.0 out of 5 stars Not what expected I thought I would get a better pool vacuum for the price. Not what I expected. Durability was weak too. Suction not strong enough, and barely brushed or cleaned pool. Mainly just clean from flowing water. Very poorly though
1.0 out of 5 stars Not lasting vacuum I bought the vacuum about a 9 months ago and for the most part it was working fine on and off. I had to restart it when a leaf get stuck in the turbine. After a couple of months it would stuck with no reasons. Took it to dealership and they could not fix it either. I don’t recommend anybody to buy the vacuum.

I placed it in service at the start of summer in early June 2023. Last week, I grabbed the hose to pull the vac out because it sucked in something that made it stop. Well, the hose just came undone. 1.0 out of 5 stars The company does not stand behind their product. We purchased this product June 2023. The pool sweeper we had was 15 years old and had finally wore out. This product was recommended by our pool guy. Look at the pictures and it tells the whole story. No abuse to the hoses, they don't get caught on anything and we only have children in our pool four or five times a year. Every single hose section is unraveling. 1.0 out of 5 stars GARBAGE I was finally able to get this thing to work after messing around with it and then it only circled and cleaned in one spot... would not go around the whole pool. after only 1 year of cleaning one spot, the hose completely disintegrated and it is useless!! A waste of $400. Don't bother with this one!
