As shown in the video, it gets stuck at least 5 or 6 times a day at the edge of the step, and I need to manually restore it 5 or 6 times a day. And it often stops at a place above the water surface to suck air for up to a minute. 2.0 out of 5 stars Hoses Suck - Vacuum good The vacuum itself works great. Very mobile, climbs the walls, however the hose sections are horrible. Multiple sections broke in half after 6 months. Costly replacement pieces. If you purchase this then I recommend purchasing an adapter so you can use traditional twist hoses. The Hayward brand hoses work great.

2.0 out of 5 stars Keep an eye on the hose Just shy of the 6th month for owning this cleaner. In the past 3 days we’ve lost 8 of the ten sections of hose. After noticing that it wasn’t working I did an inspection. Seeing that one section of hose was split. We tested all the other sections. All but 2 failed. They need to upgrade the hose…vacuum gets a 9 out 10 . Hose gets a 2. Just because it worked great for 5 1/2 months.. then replacement were ordered

The hoses connecting to the vacuum have one by one just unraveled like the adhesive that holds the plastic together just gave up. To replace the hoses it cost $100 on average and you only get three hose pieces. On top of that, the vacuum constantly will get stuck on the bottom pool floor drain so you have to periodically check up on the progress of the vacuum or else it will eventually get stuck and waste your energy while it stays ... read more
