The vacuum is very easy to manage, has enough of pipes and is powered by the water being socked by pump throu skimmer. But!!!! Without any filter EVERYTHING the vacuum picks up GOES TO PUMP .. and pump has small basket locked hard to open and when we open the air goes to the system.. well people who know something about pool know what I am talking about. On first use after opening the pool for this summer it failed with MULTIPLE hose failures. The vacuum unit itself seems to work well but as a system - because of the unsatisfactory hose weakness, it is worthless.

I was assured a call back within 20-90 minutes each time. When I spoke to someone from technical support, I had already completed all of the problem solving steps offered. Backstory: I bought the pool vacuum in early April and after about two weeks it stopped working. It kept getting stuck while moving in the pool, randomly. It would work for 5 mins here or 10 mins there but would get stuck shortly after beginning to operate.
