Ordered 05/02/2024 it is now 07/24/2024 I have continually had to open the engine housing and clean the engine area, paddles, and the bearings. Currently the upper and lower engine housings show considerable wear into the plastic; the original molding lines where moving parts are placed are no longer visible. The same thing happend to my brother. complete a waste of money. buy something of better quality if you don't want to waste money

1.0 out of 5 stars Worst Pool Vacuum Ever I have had pools most of my life and this is hands down the worst pool vacuum I have ever had. I tried to use the vacuum 3 different times before returning it. The first time it took a few minutes to start up, did a few completely random zig zags in the shallow end of my pool and then just stopped after a few minutes. 1.0 out of 5 stars Hose literally crumbles This is a very substandard product. Poorly made. The hose pipes are breaking apart after a year of use, one after the other. They are very poor quality. The vacuum unit moves well , but gets stuck near steps in the pool and stays there. I DO NOT recommend this to anyone.
