1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible I have had this cleaner less then a year, and it keeps getting stuck on the steps to the pool and when I have went to move it the hose I unraveled. The first time, just bad luck I thought, it had now done it to three pieces of hose and no just read they do not warranty it.
1.0 out of 5 stars extremely low quality Within 2 days the unit froze. I took it apart and apparently a very small leaf had jammed the impellers rendering it locked. I removed the leaf, and it worked again - for about 20 seconds. It now locks and will not turn, although there is nothing blocking the impellers. This is about the worst pool product I've ever tried to use. 2.0 out of 5 stars Works great until hose needs replaced. The hose breaks too quickly and is way overpriced. Like the vacuum if I didn’t have to drop $100 every year on hose pieces. But something else.
1.0 out of 5 stars Horrible hose quality The hoses are made of bad material. After only 1 year the hoses started breaking. Thank goodness I had kept the hoses from my old Barracuda Zodiac pool cleaner that was over 12 years old. So far I have "lost" 6 hoses of this MX6 Zodiac cleaner. Just don't buy this one.
1.0 out of 5 stars Hose disintegrated after 1.5 years of usage in Florida. Broke in multiple places. Worked fine until hose fell apart 18 months after purchase, which led to pump sucking air and other problems.

1.0 out of 5 stars Loses Suction and Cannot handle the smallest debris If your pool gets any sort of leaves, or palm debris, no matter how small, as in one leaf, such will completely clog this vacuum. Even without debris this is a substandard vacuum compared to the Hayward I had prior. Ive adjusted the flow, multiple times and it always seems as though it just loses suction. 1.0 out of 5 stars If it malfunctions after 30 days you are on your own. When it was working, it did a great job. At that time (Aug 23) I was very pleased with it. It’s now Nov 23 and it has quit working. I contacted the seller and their response was “we’re sorry but it’s not our problem, contract the manufacturer “. I would think that a product that costs about $350 there would be some sort of support even after 30 days. 1.0 out of 5 stars Save your money and buy something else! I've owned my MX6 for just over 1 year. The vacuum works when the pool is clean, but it will choke on a small palm fronds and small tree seed pods. The vacuum sucks up the debris and it gets lodged inside preventing the engine assembly from turning. I spend a lot of time with my pool brush and net cleaning the pool so the vacuum can get the smaller debris. The worst part are the hoses. They last for about a year and then they fall apart.
