Never worked It was pretty easy to assemble. It worked the first couple of uses but stopped working after a week. I have to beg and pray for it to move. Waste of time and money. Occupying our space for no reason. Useless….
Hoses terrible quality The pool cleaner is working good but the biggest problem it that the hoses breaks in parts after 6-8 months in the water . No resistance to the sun and to the water . All replacements part are a rip off because not a standard connection . A complete hose replacement is about 150-170$ , so half of the full value of the purchase . Somebody tell me how to adjust the thing,please How to adjust it so it sweeps the bottom of the pool. So far it hasn’t moved more than 4 inches
It does not work!! Poorly made I returned this item on November 5, and it’s December 4 and I have not got my refund back. Customer service sounds like their in a foreign country and can’t seem to help me. Everyone gives me different information about my refund.
Quite working after 2nd season Worked great the first season. Second season it failed to move. Checked all the ports, suction at filter port, suction at end of hose. Just did not work! I have not contacted customer service yet; so I don't know what outcome there will be. I will follow up after contacting their CS. I probably should rate this a One Star but since it worked for a year I gave it two stars. Don't buy this until I write a new review.
I wish I listened to all the 1 star reviews before buying... Bottom line on this item: After approx 1.5 years since I purchased this, all the proprietary hoses which came with the unit just completely fell apart. Every single hose (and it comes with 7 of them), broke apart. The quality of the hoses is awful. However, there are 7 of them and the hose connectors are proprietary AND very expensive to replace.
