Poor eprformance It stays deep in the pool with no movements despite adjusting pump pressure as recommended in the manual. Tried all possible means.
No good! don't throw your money away. I'm returning it because it gets stuck on steps and wall. every hour we need to un-stick it from bumping the wall or steps.
It doesn't work stops frequently It doesn't work as advertised and is not worth the money paid for it
Not worth the Headache at all! Hoses are crap and replacement is expensive. DO NOT BUY It works the first year. Then your done. Waste of money and time. Who wants to bother with replacement cost when you already spent $$$$$$$ DO NOT BUY! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I am frustrated cause these things are expensive.
Worked great for first few weeks and already not working I live on golf course and do get more than usual leaf debris. Purchased the leaf bag attachment as well. Product worked great for first few weeks and already doesn't work at all.....I contacted for technical support with no response. Would not recommend!

Vacuum get stuck at one location ( by the pool step) This Vacuum gets stuck at one location ( by the pool step edge) and not able to move around. Must change design of this vacuums. both wheels are spending but bottom middle of the vacuum stuck on the step edge and keep the vacuum from moving froward or backward. Unless you move, it can not get out of the it.
Vacuum is good, but hoses are a scam Bought this last year and for the first 16 months it worked great. It will not vacuum up leaves and such, but that is not what it is designed for. It does a good job on dirt and will keep your pool clean. The downside, and it is a BIG downside, is that the hoses will decay and crack in 16 months and the replacement cost for new hoses is around $250. This is a scam since normal pool hoses cost $40.
