Junk This arrived 10.22.22. I put it in the pool and it has been longer thing after the other. Latest thing is it just sounds in circles and really goes nowhere. I shouldn't already gave to replace the directional cylinder. Don't waste your money. You will still have to do most of the work.
Does not work as expected The media could not be loaded. The MX6 get’s stuck all the time. We are constantly moving and repositioning it to work.
Not for pools with steps- Will be returning Was excited to get this vacuum BUT it constantly tries to go up the stairs and gets stuck causing the tread/wheels to be out of alignment. Each time we have to pull it out and fix it just for it to happen again when it’s put back. Another thing is that it randomly stops. I don’t recommend it for pools with steps.
Worthless It quit working after 6 months.
Not good about quality! Receive the MX6 and was very surprised how cheap quality it was and returned. I don’t recommend.
DO NOT BUY! Company will not honor warranty Was great until it broke 4 months in. Company (ZODIAK) told us to take to repair center and that repair center told us its a super old model and they cant fix. Called company (Zodiak) and they told us to go to another pool place to see if they could help. What kind of warranty is that??? Should have done my homework on this one. 370+ dollars out the window. Piece of garbage product
Great vacuum, but with hoses that fall apart. I loved this vacuum at first. It works great. But in 1 year hose after hose just break. They tear in the middle, ata the joint, just everywhere. Your system will suck air and you will have issues, then you will realize, just inspect the hoses on that great vacuum you loved. Don't waste your money or time I have a tile in ground pool with built-in steps. The robot constantly gets stuck on the steps. The treads are spinning but the robot is going nowhere. I have tried everything adjusting the suction, adjusting the float. Nothing works. I also have palm trees around my pool and the smallest palm leaf will get sucked up and the robot will stop working. If you're looking for a hands-off robot stay away from this product. I'm constantly having to redirect the robot..
I have had a replacement. Doesn’t work either. Pool store they recommended can’t fix My product registration card was returned as NON DELIVERABLE.
