Didn't work and can't get refund?! The vacuum never worked . Unboxed it hooked it up and could not get it to work . Sent it back almost a month ago and still haven't got my money back 400.00!! Unacceptable!
Move only for half a day Easy to set up but it will not move longer than half a day.
Lost $400 unless the company fixes the return issue I returned my item because it didn’t work and the item was “in transit for 15 days” and now the return is no longer listed as “in process of return”. So now I’m missing almost $400 in a return and a working pool cleaner. Please help! Amazon didn’t help. STL waiting for help! I wouldn’t buy unless you’re willing to lose your money. I’ll happy change this review if we can fix this.
Gets jammed on the tiniest of items. It works well when it's not jammed. However, the tiniest of items (leaf stem, rock, or any sort of debris that's not dirt) will cause this to get jammed.
hose failures Hoses continually break, in less than 2 years i have had 5 hoses break, Zodiac has been told of defect but won't respond..
Won't last long I was happy with this cleaner at first, but problems quickly developed. After a few weeks of great cleaning, the vac suddenly stopped moving one day. After a bunch of troubleshooting I discovered the flow regulator valve (the part right above the cleaner that adjusts the suction power) kept sticking open so no suction was getting the cleaner. Piece of crap The product stopped working after about two weeks. The seller did not stand by the product and referred me to the manufacturer. They were totally useless and not helpful. Amazon was also not helpful. Buyer beware.
Used Product This product appeared to be new out of box. However it never moved in my pool. I had a pool technician come to evaluate what the issue was. There was sand in all the gears of the product which caused it not to move. This product was marketed as new however this was clearly in someone else’s pool.
