Don't buy if you often have leaves or debris Bought this hoping for an upgrade to the Zodiac G3, but it was a pretty big disappointment. Clogged super easily... where the G3 would eat through leaves but get stuck on larger debris, gumballs, etc., the MX6 gets bogged down by anything in its path and needs to be cleaned. Also found that in shallow parts of pool (our pool is on the smaller side), it would kick up on hind wheels and/or just not lie totally flat on surface. Stop working with the smallest debris...always clogging up. Not worth the money. Do not recommend. SUCTION SUCKS BECAUSE KEEP GETTING STUCK BECAUSE SMALL DEBRI STOP WHEELS FROM TURNING.Very easy to assemble....very costly....not worth value for the money.....
Wast of money It keeps on spinning in small cirlces. Stops moving every few minutes and you have to jolt it or move it to get it moving. It doesnt climb up the wall as advertised. I dont feel any suction at all. Yes this vacuum is piece of crap. Also before you buy it, pls attention that you need to pay 20% of restocking fees and shipping charges.
Mislead by Zodiac My previous Zodiac pool cleaner finally died and I needed a new one. The thing I disliked about my old cleaner was that it did not clean our pool shelf which is 11 feet wide by 6 feet long by 18 inches deep. I asked in the question section whether this will clean the shelf and Zodiac said it would. However, it doesn’t. The weight of the hose pulls the cleaner on the side and it does not move. Issue with hoses After 8 months of use in salted water pool, the hoses started to cut alone in the water.As a result the pump was deactivated and ran without water for hours.(see picture)
Wheel Track Tire Wheel Track Tires have already worn out and the unit just spins around and I can't figure out how to get hold of someone to have it replaced as I only bought the unit in March this year.
Piece of junk! Do no purchase!! This item is terrible! It didn’t even last a month. And the return window was only 15 days from delivery!!! Do not buy this!
Worthless!!! I purchased this in May and only run it in the pool when needed. A ball bearing has failed and they do not make a replacement part for it anymore. The almost $300 I spent, worthless. Will have to buy another cleaner and you can bet it will not be a Zodiac.
Product does not work. This product just sits at the bottom of the pool not moving. Waist of money!
