Only vacuums for 5 minutes then just sits there. Doesn’t work long enough to vacuum entire pool
Hose leak at every junction rendering the vacuum useless. I just received the Zodiac pool vacuum MX6 4 days ago, the Hoses leak at every junction, at every end of each hose segment (4 feet), rendering the vacuum useless,. The vacuum suction power is totally compromised as a result of the leaking, and the vacuum stops working. The pool pump suffers due to the air bubbles. All these make the pool vacuum useless to work at all. I'm working on returning it.

Piece of crap. A shockingly poor design, completely ignoring physics and physical laws. It will not stay on its tracks/bottom because there is no bottom-weight/ballast and the track in the back does not extend far enough. The idiots who understand nothing were preoccupied with the ability to "climb the walls" - which can be EASILY cleaned by a brush, rather than for the unit to stay upright (hose up, tracks down on the pool floor). No warranty since bought online, lasted less than a year It was working fine with moderate use for about 10 months. Now it’s doing wheelies and not working at all. I’ve done all the troubleshooting. I reached out to the company to ask for warranty repairs or a replacement but was told since I bought it on Amazon, the warranty is void. Too bad I spent money on a pool vacuum that doesn’t last at all. But from a different company unless you’re ok with it breaking.

Didn't even last 1 year. Part of the inside has cracked which means it keeps stopping.
not worth it Had it for almost a year, it is hard to set up. At first it would not hook up to our pump and finally we got it to work. However, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't (also it doesn't always climb walls too).
Hose Sections Don't Last - Waste of Money! I've had my Zodiac for 11 months and now I have to buy another pool vac. While the Zodiac machine works fairly well, the weak link is in the hose. After 11 months the hose sections have become brittle and break apart. At first, I thought I could just replace the broken hose section but each section of the hose is $30.
