CHEAP HOSES! hoses will come apart and uncoil at connectors in less than a year. Replacement hoses are very expensive. Would compare this to buying an inexpensive printer with the cost of replacement ink cartridges being overpriced
Product issues Product comes off the trackers a lot. Contacted the company and they recommended buying extra trackers. Only had this cleaner for a month.
Great suction, I loved it, until it stopped... It was great while it lasted, but that was only 100 days. I was so impressed, then it just stopped moving. Nothing blocking the wheels or internals...gears just stopped turning. It was so disappointing because I loved it.
So far, there is no joy in Mudville We have followed the exact directions so far. The previous robot cleaner runs just fine but does not clean well as it is old and missing parts. However, this one does not move. At all. I am getting one wheel rotation in between 45 seconds and 3 MINUTES. We have contacted our pool servicer to look into the flow strength. If that is not an issue, then this is going back
Trash Not work at all
This worked great at first... but over the past 2 years the hoses have become brittle and they rip at the seams, now it does not reach the deep end of my pool. I have an old vacuum too, its is 12 years old, and that hose does not have one rip in it, never brittle, and still intact. I cannot seem to contact Zodiac directly, I hope you will see my review and send me 2 new sections of hose.
not good with leaves. I put in the vacuum in my pool and within minutes it stopped. The leaves get stuck and it just stops. Probably would work well if you didn’t have any leaves or big objects to vacuum. You could see where the vacuum had been because it was picking up the dirt.
Junk Absolutely the worst pool cleaner ever! No suction whatever and our pool is 6 months old.
Not so good ... to remain polite I bought this unit to replace an old worn put Hayward Phoenix complete with disintegrating rubber wheels. Most of you will understand what I am talking about. This unit failed to work right off the bat, it took hours of fiddling with various setting on pool suction side to get to go. That included using the old hose as with the new hose it would not go.
