Poor customer relations This was missing a few pieces but the seller refused help because I passed the 30 day return window apparently. I couldn't get a pool guy here until last week to drain my pool (everybody seems behind because of covid-19) and install the new creepy crawler so yeah it was after 30 days. To say customer service couldn't happen I do question. I give this one star for customer service, other than that the products decent if all the parts were available... Don’t waste your money Does not clean well, after 3 times it started falling apart.
Not that great Used it for the first time today. Not impressed. DOES not go up sides as stated in description. One of the reasons I bought it! Also, would just stop and sit for a while then would start again. Had it in the pool for hours and many spots left dirty. Directions sent with it were useless. Although it wasn’t difficult to assemble.
I do not recommend It would get clogged by the smallest piece of debris.
DO NOT BUY!! worked fine for the first week. After that it started to ride back on its rear wheels and not flat on the surface. Obviously it is not going to do me any good to have this vacuum riding around with the suction end pointed forward and not flat on the surface like it's supposed to. Tried everything I could think of from moving the float closer and further from the vacuum to adding more sections of hose. Nothing worked. Don't buy this never worked, right outta box brand new didnt work.
Rocks I bought this pool cleaner after meticulous research and I am very disappointed with it LACK off cleaning the pool. Everyday I have to take apart the entire thing to get rocks out of it. It is a VERY expense pool cleaner to have to daily maintain. I would expect for the amount off money I spent for it to not have to work so hard on my part.
Completely useless with tree debris Apparently, whoever invented this has never seen a palm tree. It ran 8 feet hit a palm frond and stopped working. We dug the debris out and tried again. It ran 4 feet and stopped. If there are no trees anywhere near your pool, this might be for you. Otherwise, buy something else.
Broken in less than a year It is already discolored from UV after only 9 months and the plastic is cracking. Small leaves clog this and it seems I am having to fix it daily. This is the worse cleaner I have purchased in 20 years of owning my pool. I am not sure why people gave his high reviews but it is not worth the money and should get zero stars.
