You need to know My review is solely based on my particular pool. This vacuum is rated very high, but it does have its problems. If you have seats or ledges, the wheels will hang up on them and the unit will not get itself off them. It will just sit there and spin. It does not climb the walls very well. I tried multiple adjustments and finally gave up and went to a different style, which so far works very well
Not worth the price Cleaner worked great for about 6 months, but now gets stuck because it straddles the steps and when it goes from the shallow end to the deep end. I will not recommend this product.
Not good Stopped working after week couldn’t not get it to function again
How can I get a replacement? This item is less than eight months old not used very much and has already quit working. When I plug it into the suction the pool cleaner only stays in one spot
More electric consumption. Pump must be set at a high rate. Currently my pump runs in at least 1200 rpms.
I cannot get this cleaner to work I cannot get the cleaner to move around the pool. Sometimes it will move slowly but it stops after a few cycles. I have tried cleaning out the system to make sure there is enough suction as well as using the high setting on the motor. Although there is a lot of suction coming from the pump, the cleaner still does not move around the pool well. I would like to return but missed the return window by a couple weeks. Doesn't Work I purchased this on 11/27/20 and it sat in my garage for about a month before I installed. It worked the first day and hasn't worked since. I had my pool company check out my unit thinking it was something else and after totally diagnosing my pool system it was determined the problem was this cleaner. The tech told me they've heard of problems with this model. Now I'm told it can't be returned as its outside of the window for returns and contact Zodiac? I thought Zodiac was the seller. Stay away from these guys
Don't Buy - Used it on two different pools....didn't work at all, didn't move, didn't clean. I bought this cleaner from different vendor. Tried it on two different pools, it didn't work on either of them. It didn't move, it didn't clean. Don't buy it!
Buy cheap, that's what you get Vacuum cleaner stops moving, small leaves and twigs hold the machine to a stop. Transmission moves very easily one way and stops the other way. You buy cheap, and that's what you get.
