Does not climb walls of tiled pool I can't get this product to climb the walls of my tiled pool despite making the adjustments suggested by the support team. The first question I was asked when I called for support was whether my pool bottom was sloped. So it seems like perhaps this product was made for sloped pools, and not pools with straight sides.
