Started off Good This cleaner worked perfectly for the 1st month. After the 1st month it stopped working completely. I've already cleaned my filters, leaf baskets and everything else. I can see the water circulating in the leaf container attachment, however the main unit is not moving at all. Very disappointed. This cost too much money to stop working so soon
Worst customer service on the planet I bought this unit in September and it’s no longer working. Less than one year so it’s still under warranty. Good luck on having them make good on that as they don’t answer their phones. As a matter of fact the wait time on hold gets longer instead of shorter. I did press the option to call me back and they did after 6 pm each time. They don’t respond to their support emails either. Do yourself a favor and pick another option.
Stopped working in less than two years . If you're looking for something that will last a long time I would look at elsewhereThe first pool vacuum we ever had lasted for over 16 years and this one lasted less then two for over 600.00$ that is unacceptable. I have emailed the company three times over the last year and never hear back from them.I would suggest looking in other places besides Amazon for reviews on this vacuum save yourself money in the long run

Broke after 14 months This worked great until it broke very soon after the warranty expired. Our pool guy says it’s happened to a lot of his customers. We had also replaced the tracks a couple of times in one year so we’ve spent almost $900 on it. My husband skims the pool every day and the pool service comes once a week so we try hard to keep it clean but inevitably a few leaves and palm fronds get it and jam it up causing it to break. Constantly Breaking I've owned this product for less than a year. The vacuum itself works pretty well and I like the big wheels that go anywhere. Unfortunately, the plastic connection on the tube keeps breaking and I've already had to replace it three times. One section of tube is about $30. It's obviously a flaw in the design. This thing was too expensive to keep breaking.
Cant handle even small twigs If all you need is dirt removed and there isn't a tree or a twig within 10 miles, then this is really good. Even the stems from leaves will stop this in its tracks. So disappointed in this because when there are no leaves it's great but one tiny stem can cause havoc when you are gone for a day or two during a dusty heat wave and you discover it has been sitting in one spot doing nothing. Does well sucking up debris Edit May 2023: Alright in 2022 a year later it started slowing down. We don’t use the pool 6 months out of the year so there was really no reason for it to fail. And it wasn’t running continuously. I bought every single replacement part for that vacuum. Nothing helped it. It finally stopped working September of 2023. Instructions only become "obvious" after you figure it out. I have tested 4 automatic vacuums. 2 were this style and 2 were $80-$85 Creepy Crawler versions. I'm not sure how to describe them, but they were both far better than either of these $400+ versions.
