Not good for my pool Doesn't work in my pool, keeps getting hung up...returned it
returned pops out of water because it goes up the side.... then the pump sucks in air, does it all the time.. tried to shorten the hose, didn't work. had to send it back
Two Stars it stayed on one end of the pool and got all twisted
I leave it in most of the summer and it does just fine. I just used silicone caulk on the bottom ... I have used one of these for years... I actually have two... One lost the weights on the back. Not sure how the yellow piece broke. I found them after I bought the new one. I used silicone caulk, to put them back in and seal it back up. The diaphragm I have replaced more than a few times. DIED IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS !! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT !!! I would give this product a zero if I could. I've been using it for less than 2 months and it died already. This is totally unacceptable considering I paid over $120 for it.
Cleans half way Did good job around the edges and outside the center,but didn't clean the middle at all even when running all night. Don't like the way it hooks up to skimmer requires removing the basket. The Haywood 500 Auga Bug so far dose the best for our above ground pool
Gets stuck in the corner at the stairs Our 12 x 24 above ground pool has 3 foot wide steps for entering the pool. This vacuum gets stuck in the corner between the steps a lot. Sometimes it will run a hour or 2 but it is often only 10 to 20 minutes between events. I am switching to a crawler.
Just OK It works very well on the bottom. "I guess". I've never had one before. It didn't come with all the parts it show's in the instructions on how to set it up. It also doesn't climb the walls of my pool either. But it will cover the bottom of my pool and it's pretty uneven.
This vaccuum is a JOKE. The hose does not ... This vaccuum is a JOKE. The hose does not fit properly in my filter. I was missing parts and I received the wrong instructions. I am STILL waiting for the correct instructions. And if you live in Canada you get all of the parts listed. I don't know how many of these other ratings are REAL bc this thing is a joke.
