Broke after 1year 1 year limited warranty they say...because it only lasts 13months. The diaphragm piece broke for me, which is the part that makes the whole thing move. Unfortunately it's a tiny piece that costs $45-65, bout half the cost of a whole new unit. Not very happy about how expensive this tiny piece is and how long it took for it to generate a pretty good size rip on it. If it wasn't for that I'd rate this 5stars, works very well.
No Brainer Put together the suction line. Attach to pool suction. That's it. 3 hours later the pool is completely cleaned. Works under the solar cover too.
OK but doesn't last The cleaner worked pretty good when it was new. I used it the first season and was happy with it performance. Got it out this year and it no longer works. There is very little section and the cleaner won't move. Of course I am out of warranty by two months
don't use your debet card on line doesn't work correct and the worst thing is,i paid on line with my debit card and it was compromised. yea the site is supposed to be safe.well,someone stole my information and somehow purchased several i tunes.
Does not clean evenly Despite multiple adjustments and phone calls for tips from my local pool supply dealer, I could not get this unit to clean the pool evenly. It would miss a lot of spots, despite running for over 24 hrs continuously. I bought a Hayward Aqua bug after sending this back, and had the whole pool spotless after running for about 4 hrs. Would not recommend this product.
Dont Buy! One summer it worked fine, and then the next summer it just stopped working. Save your money and buy something good.
non perforformer The product may work for some but it did not perform in my 18 foot Intex pool. It did not move or pickup any debris. The biggest complaint the hassel in trying to return it . The company requires phone calls to tech support who gave no real advice . After three attempts I gave up and now the junk sits in the shed taking up space...
Save your money, it doesn't work When I read overly critical reviews on sites like this, my first impression is the person is probably crazy or overly critical. I can assure you that I'm neither. This item stopped working after two days. I'm not going to get my money back so at the very least, I can hopefully save individuals from losing $130. Much cheaper on amazon! Works great, like the hose. Have a 24 ft. Round and it doesn't get stuck much. If I'm in a hurry, I still hand vacuum. Same vacuum in pool shop near us is $219.
