At a loss..... So this product was purchased based off of the reviews. We have an Intex above ground 15' pool. The Intex brand of vacuum had horrible reviews so we didn't purchase. We took a chance with this particular vacuum because it had great reviews. Upon receiving it and putting it together it was discovered it wouldn't work. After phone calls to maker we were told we had to order an adapter. Without a particular adapter/attachment specific to Intex pools the vacuum would not work? DONT BUY I am sick I bought this...I have a 30ft above ground pool I just had put in last summer. This product kept going up side of pool sucking air...then it got stuck on bottom of pool. I cut off pump and thought it was ok but now I see where it messed up the liner! IM SO ILL because of the money I invested for this to happen! Omg don't buy!
Not happy Won’t stay flat on the pool floor. It floats up. And it will not move. So disappointed in this pool vacuum. Don’t waste your money. Have spend so much time trying to get it to work. I have even called them. No response. I want my money back since I had to buy something else.
Do not waste your money Horrible! Gets stuck, Will not spin on hose. no tube weights. Support non-existant. I tried to buy a cheap cleaner and I got what I paid for. Junk.
Its not worth it Ive had other brands thst worked great Product suctioning is not very stro g and it keeps stopping and must go and restart.
Unit broke never worked Unit never worked out of the box 5 stars for the assembly but that's it
Missing piece Pain in the butt to put together. Directions were less than helpful and there was a piece missing, so I returned it. They took a decent amount out of my refund for a restocking fee - I recommend buying one of these at your local pool store instead.
Disappointed Very little suction. Even if left running all day we still have leaves in the bottom of the pool.
sent back this did not work good at all for us, we sent it back for a refund. Which was trouble free, as far as that goes
