From the time I put this in my pool, ... From the time I put this in my pool, it never worked. And since we didn't start using out pool until a couple weeks ago, I cannot return it because its past the time Amazon will allow.
Missing parts...would take weeks for me to get them I would have loved to try this product. I needed it quick, so chose a product with amazon prime 2 day shipping. Opened and it was missing several parts and pieces of the hose. Once I finally got through to customer service (after being disconnected after being on hold for about 15 minutes), the guy was nice. Very disappointed I purchased this above ground pool cleaner to replace my older Ranger which I had for many years. After using in the pool just two times I already need a replacement diaphragm ...it split along the side. The cost to replace the diaphragm is $26.00. Very disappointed that the diaphragm fell apart after only using twice and there was no heavy debris or leaves in the pool. Missing hose protector net The box was missing the "hose protector net" piece . Needed to return item as this is a necessary piece for the cleaner.
This wasn't for me Initially, I thought the item was missing parts. Looking closer, I don't think it was but it still did not fit onto my above ground pool correctly. I wasn't able to feed it through the skimmer as the manual shows, so I had to put it over the top of my skimmer and attach it to the pump. The "shaking" action that moves the cleaner around made it lose its suction within 5 minutes so I had to keep going back over to reattach it. Terrible experience to say the least! Terrible product! Did not work with our 24ft above ground pool. Wouldnt keep suction for more than 30 seconds at a time. After 1.5 hrs of messing with it we went back to the the old standard manual sweeper which worked like a charm. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product!
