Very pleased with ease of ordering and fulfilling request! Although I have yet to receive the unit, hopefully I don't regret my praise! The unit is a very nice and easy to use piece of equipment.

Ok. For awhile. Then the machine stopped working. And you kept sending batteries even after my insurance denied the coverage
