Phone operator, Phil, was patient and kind. He patiently answered my questions. Getting this new device causes anxiety as to whether I will be able to work it. Phil assured me that after reading the product instructions, there would be support to answer my questions. He didn’t rush me as I needed clarification on instructions he gave. He was so kind and I felt at ease.
