I was very pleased with all the information and the way things were explained to me to where I understood everything the young lady was explaining to me step by she was very polite and most of very professional about her job and explained everything about the machine and the procedure about the insurance coverage and how it worked And what I had to do if I wanted to keep the machine my respects to this young lady for her outstanding work thank you very much Mrs E.Ortega.
