Still trying to figure out how to work it my pain is in the lower back and down the leg so like sciatica I'm a little confused about the difference between the tens Mode and the IFC mode or something was told do use the cross Patern Mode oh my lower back doesn't seem like that would work it seems like the sciatica pattern listed on Page 17 I think would work better but it’s tens
