By not telling your customers that you’re fully covered when you’re not. And then getting into an argument on the phone with your employee. They should make sure that you’re covered first before you tell the customer.

The experience was horrible The equipment did not work as expected. The worst part was dealing with her office I returned the piece of equipment and the company continued to charge me for leads and batteries they confirmed they received the equipment and almost 4 years later they are now saying they never received the equipment and have turned me over to collections for the piece of equipment that was mailed back in a plastic self-addressed package that they sent. The assistant is rude and uninformed. While Zynex claims that its contracted with Medicare they want money ahead in addition to Medicare money. That's against the Medicare law and California law on balance billing. Stay away. You can buy exact same thing on Amazon almost half price.

I signed the approval forms for Medicare yet your company wants me to pay $200 UP FRONT and THEN you'd bill Medicare. It's a scam!
Way too many calls. I could not get a straight answer as far as my out of pocket costs for this device. I will be in contact directly with my insurance provider.
