Great products but the sales person misrepresented the terms it was supposed to be a trial and my insurance was supposed to cover any charges it didn't work for me but she gave the tens unit to me anyways. Now I'm receiving bills for a product I didn't want in the first place
You don't take my insurance
Horrible customer service! I can't get anyone to call me back to save my life! At this point, I'm going to be forced to get my attorney involved! Message after message after message
They called asked if we needed the device my husband was on the phone with them for maybe 10 min and they were done
