Hello...This was one of the most pour customer service I have ever recieved outside of comparing you guys to a new non experience fast food restaurants employee. 1) pour communication 2) Dont return calls 3) Dont explain use of equipment 4) Don't know if I will be billed or my insurance 5) After all the above I have not received equipment yet...abd now I dont even want it

So far the TENS unit seems helpful, but I have only had it for one day. So I'm not sure what I'm supposed to be reviewing?? Sarah, at my doctors office was nice. Fast explanations and I was sent on my way home in barely 30 minutes.

It is unfair to charge insurance companies high amounts...it is ridiculous. I ordered a tens machine.. but i am only renting it....who does that?? Not happy about that

I tried using the TENZ unit and it didn't work for me. I thought my insurance company took care of paying for it and later found out they didn't and now I have a bill of 200+ for rent, I guess... unit was sent back some time ago. I don't think I should have to pay

I was billed for stuff I never received ! I just got my first package of sticky pads for my tens unit and ive had it since 2016 !

I used the zynex tens unit for a period of time years ago and it helped. I had back surgery that failed and then had a spinal cord stimulator implanted. I returned the device as well as several packets of pads and batteries (found out later I shouldn't have sent batteries but had no use for them otherwise) I keep getting bills for the unit etcand it is listed on my credit report.
