BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS ---------------------------- My therapist recommended to buy traction device and recommended Zynex, Zynex called me to place the order. I asked them if it will be covered by insurance, they said yes and they will file a claim with insurance but they asked me to give my credit card details as a backup if the insurance doesn't cover. The device really helps my lower back pain, however it quit working less than a week after I received it, waiting on replacement parts, I hope to get back to using it asap

Horrible customer ‘service’. A rep (Ja’de) reached out to me at 6:50 AM on a Saturday, didn’t know which product of theirs I had, wasn’t even sure if I had the product, and told me if I did’t figure it out, and send it back today, I would be charged. This was the first call they’ve given me and I’m out of town. I’ve got 2 devices from 2 companies but can’t figure it out remotely, and waiting until Monday wasn’t an option. Got the item never opened it never used it a lot going on in my life didnt realize what it was till i started getting additional deliveries and bills. I ended up returning everything never opened never touched and still had to pay 150.00 for nothing. Will never use your service nor recommend your service ever!!

After I said to stop my supplies I was told that I owe $58. I ask at the beginning and was told more than once that there would be no out of pocket costs to me. I think charging my insurance $650 for some leads and batteries is completely wrong in the first place. Very sad. Someone did waive the out of pocket cost I was never told about. Good thing because I was ready to call my insurance company and tell them what your company is doing.

You don’t seem very organized. I got different answers depending on who I talked to, which has also slowed down getting my equipment.
