The person answering the phone just read from the training book. When I asked for a Supervisor, I was told someone would call back, but never did.

I received my TENS Machine in December after talking to a representative from the company about my pain management needs. I specifically asked the question if medical supplies for the machine are automatically sent or if I could order them as needed. I was told that I could order them as needed. On 1/15/2019 they automatically sent me new supplies, when I haven't even used the machine once yet as I'm getting usage during physical therapy. This review is based solely on company customer service. Unfortunately- I cannot speak to the quality or efficiency of device since I returned only after one use. I was excited to try unit and adequately evaluate, however the countless harassing phone calls 1-2x daily became too overwhelming. Sadly I have to return unit to simply get relief from the hounding customer service team. The VP or Director of Customer Success needs to be fired or re-evaluate processes. Nov 30th I ordered a belt holder for my TENS unit. Paid 19.95 plus 9.95 for shipping, upon receiving pkg noticed it was the battery compartment to TENS unit. Called CS and spoke with Brooke she apologized and advise that she would send out the correct item ordered. Next shipment received this time it is the clip that goes on the back of the TENS unit.
