Quick response to me and my doctor on the day he ordered the back brace . Call was quick to get the rest of my order from the doctor had prescribed am now waiting on the mail.

I was told it would be covered by Medicare and then I got this ultimatum that I had to spend so much a month for so many months just to make sure it was paid for and then if Medicare approved it they would make appropriate adjustments and they’re unwilling to go for a Medicare approval even though I have an approved script. My response was that if they couldn’t run it through Medicare and get it done then I wasn’t interested because I don’t have that kind of flexibility for monthly payment. I’m

Everyone has been great on the phone but I'm still waiting on the equipment or what ever the next step was. When your waiting for something to help pain I was hoping it wouldn't take a week.

The first night I fell asleep while it was on the IFC setting and slept 7 hrs without waking up. The second night I did the same thing and slept 6 1/2 hrs. I haven't slept more than 3 or 4 hrs at a time in the past 5 months! 'Thank you' just doesn't seem enough to cover how thankful I am for this unit.
