When I first spoke to the representstive they said they work closely with Florida Blue (Blue cross blue shield). Giving me the impression it'll be covered in network. In reality, it seems all their plans are out of network. Therefore, they likely won't cover it and will be billed as out of network. By the time I figured it out a few months later , I had to pay $250 for the machine and $100 for batteries and stickers. Zynex reps should have told me from the beginning they work with blue cross but it will go out of network but... read more

do not I repeat do not go through this company they lied clearly told me this was covered by my insurance company that I would be receiving checks for the unit once I receive the checks they would let me know how to use them it is clearly out of network they lied and now I've already paid money for some of the unit I am returning the unit I want my money back do not go through this company they are scam artists they're all over BBB.

You not noticed me until four month that my insurance not paid anything why

If I could give this company no stars, I would! I'm receiving bills from them for a device I sent back along with all the associated batteries and pads that should've been billed to insurance. Terrible company. DO NOT BELIEVE THE ZYNEX-PAID 5 STAR REVIEWS!

I was contacted by a Zynex representative, who was very cordial and professional. He asked for my insurance information (on Fri. 04/03/2020) and told me that I would receive my TENS unit in a few days. Today, April 6, 2020, my TENS unit was delivered.

We were told over phone that there would not be a payment taken out if our bank account until designated date next month. One was taken out already. Not following what was promised.

Please do not send the device. See text I sent you. I need to get clearance from my other mds as I have conditions that may contradict use AND it’s way too expensive. Even w Ins. I can get similar on amazon for a fraction of my out of pocket cost after Ins. (Also- please explain how a device with 1980s tech costs twice that of an iPhone 11 Pro.)
