I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend 1250 West because the apartments are nice and spacious, the complex is quite and the grounds are kept clean daily. My only issue is how the price for rent changes daily, I wish I could have got my rent a little lower when I moved in, otherwise everything is good.
Noise from neighbors... (Verified Renter) Noise from neighbors and the fact people place trash outside their front door and leave it for days. Parking availability is also an issue, which is worrisome at night.
