I don't dislike... (Verified Renter) I don't dislike this apartment or any of the people I've interacted with during my stay but this apartment community really doesn't have a lot in the close vicinity that is walking distance so i would recommend it to somebody with a small family but probably not many of my younger friends who want to go out and do things.

Maintenance is amazing... (Verified Renter) Maintenance is amazing and kept me updated on repairs and even fixed an issue that I hadn't reported. Could not of had a better experience with maintenance.

I'd like to see a walking trail and better playground area(s) for kids on the apartment grounds. I love the ease of reporting concerns, making payments, and communication. I love the... (Verified Renter) I love the view of the gym over the pool and lake and my kids love the park and gazebo. One of the best moves we've made! I love it here
