The biscuits and gravy are phenomenal. My absolute favorite breakfast. She always gives me extra. Cause she knows it's my favorite meal. The food is very, very good.

Kaiser sent my family member here. We read reviews and didn't expect much from this place. The stars given is overall experience. Some staff definitely deserve a 5 star and some definitely a 2-3 star. My father actually got better here and started walking. We were afraid he might die in here reading reviews, seeing some things that happened here but, overall trusted the process and there are really nice people here. I stayed at McKinley park for a month. The staff is excellent. Made a few good friends. Miss them a lot, but Life Goes On. Fraternizing with patients after they leave the facility ¹is highly discouraged . The food oh, well , Some days better than others.. But I would stay there again. I'm very friendly and try to be kind and a teeny little flamboyant person.. Seeing only them 4 a month you become friends. Kind of sad you can't stay in contact.

I spent about 2 1/2 weeks recovering from pneumonia, septic shock and kidney stones. During this time, I worked with Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and staff (nurses and CNAs) to get me healthy and stronger. I was also provided the J&J Covid vaccine which was so very convenient. Everyone, without exception, took amazing care of me. I can't begin to thank you all enough. I took my mother to McKinley Park after taking her out of another approved facility by Kaiser "Eskaton at Fair Oaks" which was suppose to be the best ratings along with their services. Eskaton had the worse staff except for one nurse. I would not take my mother to any other facility than McKinley Park Care Center. Here at McKinley all the staff were great, professional, caring and most importantly did a great job for my mother. She was there for two weeks for physical therapy. The staff is mostly friendly and the physical therapy is quite good. The front desk is chaotic and unorganized. If you don't have your clothes clearly marked kiss them goodbye.

After ten days in the hospital ICU for septic shock, I was transferred to McKinley Park Care Center for rehab. When I arrived, I could not stand on my own for more than 5-6 seconds. By the eighth day, I was able to walk safely at relative speed with a walker. The physical therapy team was beyond fabulous and VERY funny if you can tolerate their very corny humor.
