My mother was here for about 1 1/2 months and the most traumatic experience of her life. She came here for rehabilitation and they would always use the excuse that her energy was too low for her to utilize the services. She fell twice due to their negligence and was sent back to emergency both times. An ombudsman was called out 3 times and witnessed the wrongdoings firsthand and spoke with staff about making corrections. Bad service we got an appointment yesterday while on the phone the girl didn't say anything about the policy so we brang 10 people to this location and they didn't even let 10 people in we only had to bring in 5 people at the time

Called for a patio appointment no one said 5 people then the party next to us have 5+ and told us u can't have that and the manager started to get mad

I went there for 10 days after a stay at UCD. UCD said McKinley Park had a 5 Star rating through MediCare. It is more horrible, the WORST place, I will have PTSD from there for ever. There is NO healing happening there. 1) they refused me access to a C-PAP machine. 2) they refused me access to my meds if I was not in my room when they were handing them out. 3) In 10 days of meds 3X daily, I NEVER once got my correct dosage. 4) In the facility you could see pills on the floor. 5) My toilet that I shared with 3 other people... read more

Wouldn't recommend. Kaiser put my husband there after hip surgery. Office staff was good. Nothing good to say about medical staff.

This facility is not the best option. Even though the nurse and some staff are friendly, the follow up work is not done correctly. The Social worker there was supposed to put in IHSS documents for my dad which she forgot. She didn't even follow up with anything until I follow up with her. She than told me that she didn't do the work, because she forgot. What kind of service do they provide if they don't even have a reminder on their computer to let them know of the work that they didn't do? I am not happy with the service ... read more

This place is absolute trash! If you care about your loved ones at all DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! how this place hasn't been shut down for malpractice is beyond me. They limit visiting to 30 minutes a day, don't listen to their patients requests, and only care about money not actual care which is what they're supposed to be there for. The facility is disgusting. You have to essentially suit up as if you're going into a bio lab (plastic gown, n95 mask, face shield) but all the equipment is reused and not properly sanitized and on... read more

Would not recommend this place to anybody who cares for their loved ones. My grandma was admitted over the weekend and on Saturday and Sunday they did no physical therapy for her after her knee surgery even though they market themselves as providing that service 7 days a week. To top it off the nurse was too lazy to take her to the bathroom so she defeated herself both days and laid in the sheets that same way.
