2014: So I received a mortgage from this company, if you want to even call it that, and day one has been nothing but a fight. I was told i would receive my first bill until a month after i moved in. I wasn't even in the home a week that my first draft payment came out, as we set up to to the bi weekly payments. Not to mention the first payment was about 200 over what was discussed on my agreement. My balance keeps going up even after more than two years of payments. They also keep coming up with excuses to raise my monthly payment. Never was at the agreed amount.

I have had a mortgage with them since 2013 and it has been a constant fight with them ever since. It all started in Sept. 2013 when me and my wife miscarried a set of twins and my wife was sent to the OR and emergency DNC. We have commercial insurance and a copay was required for the procedure. I called 21st mortgage right away and told them what had happened and that I had to use 100 of my mortgage payment to cover this and I would have it the very next week. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. They also make empty threats against clients that are late on payments, yet still within the month that it is due. I have never been spoken to with such disrespect as I was by Lori N. and Corey D. - who mind you, is supposed to be a manager. They have horrible customer service and belittle you in every way possible. This is the WORST most HATEFUL company around, they train the employees to treat you like dirt, no matter what the situation they is everyone is human, and deserves to be treated with some level of respect and courtesy, these people treat you like dirt. I can not wait to pull out mortgage from them and get away from this company.

Terrible experiences with this mortgage company. I tried to make an extra payment to the principal of my loan and it took them 4 phone calls before the finally applied to to the principal. The kept wanting to take a HUGE amount of interest. They charged me with late fees when I paid within my grace period but tell me that even though they will accept my Saturday payment on line, they won't apply it to my account until Monday. They want to make sure they collect the late fee. I'd love to know why I lose my 15 day grace period... read more

I purchased my home in October of 2009. My loan was supposed to be for 7.4 years. Originally, the note was held by **** but 21st Mortgage bought it out within about 6 months. There is only one negative that I have to say about 21st Mortgage and that is that after a 10 day grace period, they start to call to find out when to expect the payment. If they don't reach you, they'll call tomorrow and so forth. Unfortunately, for me, I'm self-employed so my pay doesn't have a specific date like Fridays or the 5th and the 20th so it'... read more

horrible customer service. They harass stalk and call your friends family and/or neighbors and harass them also. inaccurate charges .escrows that go no where but to the company and doubledips on interest. This company needs to be audited!
